Privacy Policy

About this policy

This notice covers the current Clareia preview. The homepage introduces Clareia and links to the consultation; it does not collect a question or run a sample reading. In the consultation, requesting a reading sends your question and selected cards to an AI provider when the service is connected. Reading this policy does not give permission for unrelated uses of your information.

The stated legal operator responsible for Clareia is identified in the company details below. The proposed privacy contact must be activated and tested before it is used for requests.

Information you provide

We process the name or nickname, relationship question, three selected cards and messages you submit. Email sign-in stores your email address, verification and session records, and the terms and privacy versions accepted. Password sign-in also stores a salted password hash, password-change timestamps and limited login-attempt records for account security. We do not store your password in plain text. Usage records enforce daily and per-consultation limits. Test checkout stores account-linked order, amount, currency and provider-status records.

Only share what is needed. Avoid identifying information about other people, passwords, card details, health or sexual-life details, and information about children. Payment credentials belong on the payment provider’s checkout, not in your consultation.

Feedback submitted from the user center stores your account ID, feedback type, message, review status and submission time in Clareia’s database for the team to review. It is not sent by email. The retention and deletion process for feedback still needs to be finalized before public launch.

How your information is used

We use submitted information to deliver and restore your consultation, manage your account and usage limits, and reconcile test orders. Your questions are not published. Language preferences control the interface, not your billing country.

The current pages do not include advertising pixels. Service, quota and order events are recorded separately. The legal basis for each production purpose and any sensitive-data processing must be reviewed before public launch; this notice is not blanket consent.

AI processing and international transfers

The current AI integration uses DeepSeek. To generate readings, follow-ups and summaries, our server sends your submitted question, name or nickname, selected cards and relevant conversation messages to that external service. Replies are generated by AI, can be inaccurate and do not establish facts about another person.

Our application and PostgreSQL database run on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. Provider processing locations, retention, model-training use and international-transfer safeguards still require verification before public launch. Deleting content in Clareia does not guarantee immediate deletion from providers or backups.

Storage and deletion

Consultations are stored on the server; closing a page does not delete them. Unclaimed anonymous content is available to the same visitor for up to 24 hours after its last update and is then removed by periodic cleanup. Signing in may transfer that consultation to your account, subject to ownership and daily limits.

Account history automatically stores your question, cards, conversation and generated closing summary. This does not enable memory across future consultations. Free accounts can view the most recent 30 days; active Pro accounts can view the most recent 365 days. When Pro access ends, older records are hidden immediately. They remain recoverable by renewing Pro for seven days after the end of access, then periodic cleanup permanently clears their consultation content. Records older than the applicable window are also cleared. Cleared records cannot be restored by a later Pro purchase.

History does not provide export or self-service deletion controls. Automatic cleanup removes the question, cards, messages and summary from active consultation history; it does not erase necessary account, quota, security or order records. Backup retention and privacy-request handling still require review before public launch.

Cookies and language preferences

Essential HttpOnly cookies identify your signed-in session and anonymous visitor so we can enforce ownership and usage limits. Browser storage remembers your language and the last consultation ID; session storage temporarily holds a submitted request ID and expiry for recovery. A cross-tab notice synchronizes sign-out without storing your email or messages.

Unsent drafts are not automatically saved. The browser may warn before refresh or leaving; accepting it or terminating the browser can lose unsent input. Clearing site data can remove access to an unclaimed anonymous consultation and signs you out, but does not delete server records.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may stop entering information or leave the page at any time. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also be entitled to:

  • Ask whether your information is processed and request access or correction.
  • Request information about recipients and, where applicable, portability, anonymization, restriction or deletion.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
  • Request review of qualifying automated decisions or raise a concern with a data protection authority, including ANPD in Brazil.

History has no export or self-service deletion control. Automated account-wide export/deletion is not yet available. Other rights depend on applicable law; a verified privacy contact and request-handling process are required before public launch. The contact below remains pending activation. This page does not submit a request.

Security and children

Reasonable measures are used to protect this preview, but internet processing cannot be guaranteed risk-free. Production access controls, security procedures and incident response still need to be completed.

An approved minimum age and children’s-data policy have not been established. This preview is not being offered as a service for children; do not submit information about children. Eligibility and appropriate safeguards must be resolved before public access.

Changes to this policy

The date above identifies this draft. When the service or its data practices change, the notice must be updated to describe the actual changes. Where a new purpose requires a choice or consent, that choice must be provided before the new use begins.

Who is responsible for your information

The company details above identify the stated operator of Clareia. The listed privacy contact is a proposed address and must be activated and tested before it is used for requests.
